We pride ourselves on delivering your dream cake that not only looks great but tastes delicious too.  If possible we ask for a minimum of one weeks notice, but may sometimes be able to meet shorter deadlines.

 

To confirm a customer booking we require a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.  If we are able to meet a late cake order (i.e. 48 hours or less), we will require full payment to be made.

Payment secures your date in our books as we are at times fully booked and non payment of a deposit can lead to your place being given to another customer.

Work will only commence on your order once a deposit has been received and design approved by both customer, baker and cake decorator.

By making a deposit you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations and Refunds

​

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.  If an order is cancelled prior to us starting your cake including decorations we will refund you.  However, if we have started your cake and/or decorations, the deposit will be forfeited. 

 

When your cake has been collected, no refunds will be issued.  The customer is responsible for the safe delivery of their product and we do not accept responsibility for any accidents that occur once the cake has been collected from our store.  We can offer suggestions on how to transport the cake safely, however, it is up to the person responsible for transporting the cake to use extreme care especially when braking, turning and accelerating.  We do recommend a flat surface be prepared to sit your cake on.

Changes

Any changes made to your order must be done prior to us starting work on your cake, and must be agreed upon by our baker/cake decorator.  In most cases changes can be accommodated, however, at times it is not always possible.

We will, however, endeavour to accommodate you where we can.

Design

​

We strive to produce products to the highest standard that fulfil the desires of our customers as we best understand them.

​

It is important to remember that we are dealing with food and art and no two things are truly ever the same.

​

There are times when we will need to make decisions during the process of creation that may affect the style of decoration, proportion or structure of the product.  Colours can be subjective and it is vital that the customer wishing for exact colour matches provide colour samples in person not online when ordering their cake.
