Bhalla Bakery was established in Ludhiana, India.  We opened here in New Zealand early 2016.

Come taste our handmade biscuits, freshly baked patties, pies, sausage rolls, stuffed kulcha, noodle burgers, order a custom cake, add an edible image or cake topper to it and indulge in a refreshing Indian beverage.  Try our nimbu lemon soda, mango lassi, jeera lassi or a hot cup of masala tea.
 

Our products are made on-site and cakes baked to order. Bite sized variations of our product range can be supplied for upcoming functions and celebrations.

 

We are one of a few bakeries who still use real butter, fresh cream and desi ghee.

Our bakery is located in old Papatoetoe, Auckland.  If you live outside of Auckland you may purchase our handmade biscuits from DH Tauranga.

 

Local deliveries are available via UberEATS and DoorDash.
